These jeans are super comfortable. I think they may be the loosest size 8 pants I’ve ever worn! Of course, that means that the rear is a bit baggier than I usually prefer, since that can add the illusion of extra pounds that most of us (myself included) certainly don’t need. The good news is that they have braided leather trim on the pockets, which makes for a nice accent when people look at my baggy butt. 
Because they are much roomier than my other jeans, I’ve discovered that it’s best to wear them with a belt. I don’t have to worry about showing too much ankle in these jeans, either. They’re long enough that they reach the bottom of my sneakers, and I doubt even throwing them in the dryer will shorten them too much. If you’re tall or have long legs, these jeans are great! If you’re petite, you’ll need to have them hemmed, unless you’re slim and can get away with a smaller size.

The pictures don’t really do justice to these jeans. The lighting shows off too much of the wrinkles I got from sitting on the couch. They weren’t that noticeable in person. My husband thought they looked pretty awesome on me, and I think they were pretty flattering. I lifted my t-shirt so you could see where they came up to in relation to my belly button. The jeans cover my stretch marks even if I were to wear a shorter shirt. (Score!) My one complaint was that the waistband was very itchy. This was not a problem when I tucked my shirt in. The fabric is stretch, so they have some give. The tag sewn into the back says the size is “8P” but none of the other tags or descriptions had mentioned that they were petite. The length of the legs was fine, but I’m not throwing them in the dryer just to play it safe, because any shrinkage would make them just a bit too short. The jeans didn’t sag in the butt area, which can be a problem with ugly “mom jeans.” These aren’t mom jeans!Modeled with
